IEC type-test reports
The lab, standard, and scope for each report below are fixed; the report number, issue date, and signed PDF are released on issuance, under NDA, at first qualified RFQ. The verify-portal links below open each lab's public lookup so buyers can cross-reference the issued number.
IEC 60502-1 (2004) + A1 (2009)
Type tests on YJV 0.6/1 kV XLPE-insulated power cable: tensile strength, elongation, thermal aging, hot-set, water absorption, AC voltage 3.5 kV / 5 min, partial discharge, bending + tan δ, heating cycle.
IEC 60502-2 (2014)
Type tests on YJV22 6/10 kV three-core armoured cable: partial discharge ≤ 10 pC at 2 U₀, AC voltage 6.5 kV (U₀) for 5 min, impulse withstand 95 kV peak, screen system continuity, 8-hour heat cycle, water absorption.
IEC 60228 (2004)
Conductor resistance verification — Class 1 solid, Class 2 stranded, Class 5 flexible compliance for sections 1.5 → 240 mm². Resistance measured at 20 °C and corrected to 20 °C ambient.
IEC 60331-1-2 (2018)
Fire-resistance test at 750 °C for 180 minutes with mechanical impact at 5 min intervals. Circuit continuity verified across the full burn cycle on 4×2.5 mm² sample.
IEC 60332-3-24 (Category C)
Flame propagation test on bunched cables (Category C — bundled 1.5 L/m of non-metallic material): no flame propagation beyond 2.5 m above burner after 20 minutes burner application.
IEC 61034-2 (2019)
Smoke density on burning cable: minimum 60 % light transmittance under steady-state burn conditions, 3 m cube test chamber, measurement at 0.6 m height.
IEC 60754-1 (2019)
Determination of halogen acid gas (HCl + HBr) content of materials taken from the cable insulation and sheath: result < 5 mg/g (LSZH compound compliance).
IEC 60754-2 (2019)
Determination of degree of acidity (pH) and conductivity of combustion gases from cable materials: pH ≥ 4.3 and conductivity ≤ 10 μS/mm.
IEC 60502-2 (2014)
Type tests on YJV22 12/20 kV three-core armoured cable: partial discharge ≤ 10 pC at 2 U₀, AC voltage 21 kV (U₀) for 5 min, impulse withstand 125 kV peak, screen system continuity, 8-hour heat cycle, water absorption. Pending coordinated re-test against the 6/10 kV specimen entry.
